The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor or above degree in Architecture with over three years’ experience in the related field. Site experience on medium to large scale developments is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino and InDesign/Photoshop will be a distinct advantage

Job Description

• Be fully responsible for the development of the project including project planning, project design, government permitting, construction, overall project schedule and cost control
• Coordination and communication with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered according to asset management's requirements and needs
• Establish meeting summary, management of internal profiles, and share information with team members
• Conduct on-site supervision and project approval, control the design of project and final results

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor or above degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related majors, minimum 4 years experiences within design industry, multinational company experience is preferred
• Good communication skill and organization ability, strong business development ability and well networked, familiar with local and national construction management and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good at decision making, familiar with AutoCad, MS Program, etc.

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial projects including retail, office and residential projects, etc., multinational companies experience is preferred
• Deliver concept and development design from inception to completion, review designs at all stages of the project for conformity to design

Job Description

• Collaborate with project teams, responsible for designing corporate VI, posters, websites, catalogues, signage system, etc.
• Analyze client's requirements, and submit project assignment above clients' expectations
• Assist in the review of design, and interact effectively with other on-going interior or architectural projects
• With premium aesthetic culture and artistic percipient, good knowledge of latest design trends

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor or above degree with Graphic Design, Art, Multi-Media Design, etc, minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Be able to manage multiple graphic design projects independently, whilst maintaining excellent results
• Fast learners and proficiency in communication and team working skills
• Highly proficient in relevant graphic design related software, and bilingual skills (English and Chinese preferred)
